Salviati in the 21st century presents a beautiful collection of decorative tableware, stemware and ornaments in both clear glass and the vibrant colours that Venetian glass is known for. Salviati is also true to its distinguished heritage presenting glass using techniques involving gold developed by Antonio Salviati in the 19th century. Examples of Salviati’s work is to be seen in London in Westminster Abbey, St Pauls Cathedral, the Albert Memorial and around Britain in St David’s, Leeds and Chester. The company also operated throughout Europe, notable in Paris, St Petersburg and Aachen; examples of their work is also to be seen in the USA
In 2011 Salviati launched its newest collection
of decorative glassware and stemware.
Salviati is committed to producing decorative glassware, stemware and lighting of the very highest quality. Salviati now designs all its glass products in house, as one of the last of the great Venetian glassmakers Salviati carries on a tradition of glassmaking that is over a thousand years old and produces the world’s most beautiful glass objects. Many of the pieces in the current collections reflect Antonio Salviati’s commitment to the use of gold but with a modern twist.
